BE REAL
An unfortunate situation I have come to realize is that we live our lives based on what people say to us. We spent all our time trying to be someone else just because we see the outer beauty of the person. Maybe, we do not know we have a personality of our own which we need to develop. It is high time we dedicate much of our time to be the real 'us' God created us to be.

GOD LOVES YOU
Love is the very foundation of our lives on earth. We were created out of love and sustained by it. There is no greater love than the love which was displayed on the cross. God loves us all. He loves you and He loves me. It does not matter how many times you have let Him down, He is calling out to you right now. May His grace shine upon you as you make a decision to commit your life to Him. God bless you.

AN INNER PEACE

‘Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid’. John 14: 27
One thing every individual wants to obtain in this life is a sense of security and happiness. This is where peace is very essential. Without peace we can never feel secured and happy. But finding ourselves in a peaceful environment does not guarantee us this inner peace that gives true joy.We are in a generation where we try to run the race of life on our own. We depend on our brains to think, our human acquired knowledge to talk, our physical and mental abilities to work and our resources to keep us going. We are in an era where life has been deviated from its actual meaning. Life has tended to mean food, clothing, luxury and success.
‘It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are Spirit, and they are life’. John 6: 63
Considering the words of Jesus Christ in John 6: 63, life is simply the Word of the Lord. It is life and the only true source of life. Life is really about the pattern of our daily existence conforming to the Word of God. It is far beyond our physical needs and aspirations. It is actually about our spirituality. When our spirits do not live to expectation, we never attain the inner peace that God’s Word gives. So many times in life, we spend all our time pursuing a dream or dreams that we have placed in our hearts. After acquisition of these things, we find out that the inner peace is still missing in us. It is only the Word of God that can feed a hungry soul. It is the only true satisfaction for life. We must remember that the physical things and positions we attain can only grant us status in society but not a sense of peace and integrity.
‘For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?’ Matthew 16: 26
The nature of today’s world is very evil and we sometimes wonder if we can make it through the journey of life safely. Let us look deep into our hearts and see whether we can find peace and comfort in it. Let us give a chance for Jesus to change us and give us this peaceful heart. He has assured us Himself and He would never fail us. He loves us so much that He wants to rescue us from the bondage of sin. Our present state of condition does not matter at all, what really matters is that He still loves us. He has remained faithful to us all this while, despite our unfaithfulness and disobedience. Why don’t we surrender to His saving grace, where we would discover our purpose on this earth? It is time for us to start living and stop existing. It is a moment that we need to pond over our lives and find the true meaning we need to attach to our lives.
God bless you.
